Fazaa Privilege Cards Terms of Use

Welcome to Fazaa Privilege Cards. These Terms and Conditions govern your use of the Fazaa Privilege program and related services. By applying for, receiving, or using a Fazaa Privilege Card, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
1. Definitions
In these Terms:
- "Fazaa," "we," "us," or "our" refers to Fazaa Privilege Cards, its parent company, subsidiaries, and affiliates.
- "Card" refers to the Fazaa Privilege Card issued to members.
- "Member" refers to any individual who has been issued a Fazaa Privilege Card.
- "Partner" refers to any establishment that has agreed to provide offers or benefits to Fazaa Privilege Card members.
2. Membership Eligibility
To be eligible for a Fazaa Privilege Card:
- You must be at least 18 years of age.
- You must be a resident of the United Arab Emirates.
- You must provide accurate and complete information during the application process.
- You must comply with any additional eligibility criteria that may be specified for particular card tiers.
3. Card Issuance and Validity
- Upon approval of your application, we will issue you a Fazaa Privilege Card.
- The Card remains the property of Fazaa at all times.
- Your Card is valid for the period specified on the Card or in your membership details.
- We reserve the right to approve or reject any application at our sole discretion.
4. Card Usage
- Your Card is personal to you and cannot be transferred to or used by any other person.
- You must present your Card at Partner establishments to receive the applicable benefits.
- Partners may require additional identification to verify that you are the authorized Card holder.
- The Card is not a payment card and does not provide credit facilities.
5. Benefits and Offers
- Benefits and offers are provided at the discretion of our Partners.
- We do not guarantee the availability of any particular benefit or offer.
- Benefits and offers may be subject to additional terms, conditions, and restrictions imposed by Partners.
- Benefits and offers may change from time to time without prior notice.
- We are not responsible for any dispute arising between you and a Partner regarding the provision of benefits or offers.
6. Membership Fees
- Membership fees, if applicable, are non-refundable unless otherwise specified.
- We reserve the right to change membership fees with reasonable notice.
7. Termination and Suspension
We may terminate or suspend your membership and Card privileges without notice if:
- You breach these Terms or any other terms applicable to your membership.
- You misuse your Card or the benefits provided.
- You provide false or misleading information.
- We suspect fraudulent activity.
- Required by law or regulatory requirements.
8. Privacy
We collect, use, and disclose your personal information in accordance with our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.
9. Changes to Terms
We may modify these Terms at any time. Any changes will be effective upon posting the revised Terms on our website. Your continued use of the Card after such changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
10. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or exemplary damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the Card or these Terms.
11. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United Arab Emirates.
