Fazaa Privilege Cards Refund Policy

This Refund Policy outlines the terms and conditions for refunds related to Fazaa Privilege Card membership fees and services. By applying for and using a Fazaa Privilege Card, you agree to the terms of this Refund Policy.
1. Membership Fees
The following terms apply to membership fees:
- Membership fees are generally non-refundable once the Card has been issued.
- Membership fees are charged at the beginning of your membership period.
- Different card tiers may have different fee structures and refund policies.
2. Cooling-Off Period
We offer a cooling-off period under the following conditions:
- You may cancel your membership and request a refund within 14 days of the date of purchase.
- The cooling-off period applies only if you have not used any of the benefits or offers associated with your Fazaa Privilege Card.
- To request cancellation during the cooling-off period, you must contact our customer service team in writing.
- If approved, the refund will be processed using your original payment method within 14 business days.
- A processing fee of AED 50 may be deducted from the refund amount.
3. Cancellation After the Cooling-Off Period
- After the cooling-off period has expired, membership fees are generally non-refundable.
- In exceptional circumstances, we may consider partial refunds at our sole discretion.
- Such circumstances may include:
- Serious illness or disability preventing the use of the Card
- Relocation outside the UAE
- Other extenuating circumstances as determined by Fazaa management
- Any partial refund will be calculated on a pro-rata basis for the unused portion of your membership, less an administrative fee.
- Supporting documentation may be required to process such refund requests.
4. Service Disruptions
In the event of significant service disruptions:
- If Fazaa Privilege Cards experiences a substantial and prolonged disruption to our services that prevents members from accessing core benefits, we may offer compensation in the form of:
- Partial refunds
- Membership extensions
- Additional benefits or services
- The form and amount of compensation will be determined based on the nature, duration, and impact of the disruption.
5. Card Termination by Fazaa
- If we terminate your membership due to violation of our Terms and Conditions or fraudulent activity, no refund will be provided.
- If we terminate your membership for any other reason, we may provide a pro-rata refund for the unused portion of your membership at our discretion.

- Submit any required supporting documentation.
- If approved, refunds will typically be processed within 14 business days.
- Refunds will be issued using the original payment method unless otherwise specified.
7. Partner Offers and Services
- Fazaa is not responsible for refunds related to products or services purchased from our Partners.
- Refund policies for Partner products and services are governed by the respective Partner's terms and conditions.
- We may assist in facilitating communication between members and Partners regarding refund disputes, but the final decision rests with the Partner.
8. Changes to This Policy
We reserve the right to modify this Refund Policy at any time. Changes will be effective upon posting the revised policy on our website. Your continued use of the Fazaa Privilege Card after such changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised Refund Policy.
